Whole machining process includes surface finish, profile, position tolerances, and datum scheme for incorporation into fixture design/build and tooling specifications.

We have a complete quality management system which applies to the whole production process by 3 engineers and 14 QC inspectors. Chemical & Mechanical inspection, NDT testing, Pressure testing. CMM inspection for geometrical dimension & tolerance. 3D Scanning inspection.
