This casting part is the shaft part for meat grinders. The uniform micro-structures and excellent mechanical properties make the parts have good precision and high strength. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance extend its lifespan. The part surface polished to Ra ≤ 0.8μm is to prevent bacterial buildup. The fine polishing surface finish also improves the operation efficiency, enhances the corrosion resistance and reduces the noises of operation.

The spindle is the critical load-bearing component, material and heat treatment directly impact equipment lifespan and food safety compliance.
