This casting part is a burner flare part, used for combustion system. It has high precision and complex geometry. The part has uniform micro-structures, excellent mechanical properties, and smooth surface finish. It is constructed with stainless steel or Inconel for acid/sulfide resistance. It can withstand 800℃~1200℃ for complete combustion of hazardous gases.

The main functions of the part include safe venting, environment protection, pressure control, waste management and emergency handling. It is configurable with multiple flare tips for variable flow rates. Steam/air-assisted combustion minimizes smoke and unburned hydrocarbons
